How does mobile detailing work?
We come to your location with everything we need — water, power, and professional-grade equipment. Just provide access to your vehicle in your driveway, parking lot, or wherever it's parked, and we handle the rest. We service homes and businesses.
How long does a Standard Reset take?
A full Standard Reset (interior + exterior) takes approximately 4-5 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Interior-only services take about 3-4 hours.
What do I need to provide?
Nothing! We bring all water, power, equipment, and supplies. Just make sure your vehicle is accessible and you're good to go.
How do I pay?
We accept Square tap to pay, cash, or invoice for jobs not booked online. If you book through our online system, payment is processed through Square at checkout.
What's included in the maintenance plan?
Maintenance plans include a condensed version of our full detail to keep your vehicle looking great between Standard Resets. Monthly plans are ~1-1.5 hours and quarterly plans are ~2.5 hours. A completed Standard Reset is required before starting a maintenance plan.
Do you detail vehicles other than cars?
Yes! We also detail boats, RVs, airplanes, jet skis, tractors, farm vehicles, semi trucks, and motorcycles. These require a custom quote — contact us for details.
What areas do you serve?
We serve West Chester and all cities within a 30-minute drive, including Mason, Blue Ash, Liberty Township, Springdale, Sharonville, Fairfield, Hamilton, and Springboro.
What if the weather is bad?
We monitor weather closely and will reach out to reschedule if conditions aren't suitable for outdoor detailing. Your appointment will be moved to the next available slot.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least a few days in advance, especially for weekends. You can book instantly through our online scheduling system.
Do you offer gift cards?
